The World As It Is...the World As I See It

The real travesty of the world today is that giant roadside clowns aren't peddling the best drug around-- the imagination.
Speaking of the circus and books, has anyone taken a look at Bruno Munari's The Circus in the Mist? Wow, what book design genius!

I recognize that sign! Looks much better your way. Of course, the addition of books in almost any setting is a Good Thing.

Hey Kate,

The sign is in North Hollywood, at the intersection of Vineland and Burbank Blvd. I'm glad you enjoyed my take on it. :)

lookin' at all this wonderfull libraries makes me think there's a lotta work ta do, but as Martí says: heroes are those who do not get tyred of trying, even when everyone else has given up.

btw, the clown picture so reminds me of Don Quijote's wonderfull alusinations.
